Liu Nanchang Investigates the Group Company
The cold wind was biting, and snowflakes were flying. On November 28, Liu Nanchang, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, led relevant department heads to inspect the group's medical mask production workshop and epidemic prevention and control work. He emphasized: "We must attach great importance to production safety, improve emergency plans, strictly regulate every step in the mask production process, and strictly control the selection of raw materials to ensure that every mask reaching the hands of citizens provides effective protection. We must implement detailed and normalized epidemic prevention measures to truly safeguard the life and health safety of the people." After arriving at the company, Liu Nanchang conducted an in-depth inspection of the production workshop for masks and other epidemic prevention supplies. He pointed out: "We must strengthen service support, ensure raw material reserves, maintain normal operation of production lines, improve enterprise management levels through modern management, actively connect with the market, and promote healthy development of enterprises."
The group company is located in Jiaokou Industrial Park, Hubin District, Sanmenxia City. It is a full-industry-chain company integrating agricultural planting, industrial deep processing, logistics, and trade, serving as a benchmark enterprise for the integration of the three agricultural industries. Over the years, it has established a complete energy guarantee system, research and testing operation system, and marketing supply system.
In 2020, facing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the group company launched an emergency material guarantee system, investing 4.2 million yuan to build a production line with a daily output of 100,000 medical masks. This project was filed on March 6, 2020, with a newly built 1,600 square meter site and a 1,420 square meter Class 100,000 clean production workshop. Equipment purchased includes one fully automatic flat one-to-two mask machine (ear-loop type) BM95175, one mask automatic inline servo packaging machine BM-250, one ethylene oxide sterilization cabinet BM-350C, one inkjet printer E-60, as well as laboratory and inspection equipment; supporting public utilities, office, and living facilities were also constructed. Currently, the project has been completed. Its completion not only fills the gap in medical mask production in Hubin District but also effectively alleviates the current shortage of epidemic prevention materials.
The medical mask production workshop built by the group company has been the largest mask supplier nationwide during this year's epidemic. It has made significant contributions by donating to schools, hospitals, governments, nursing homes, and others. High-quality non-woven fabric, premium melt-blown fabric, a Class 100,000 purification workshop, and a sterile production environment ensure a daily supply of 200,000 high-quality masks to the market, providing a stable material reserve for national epidemic prevention efforts.
